2. Notary Services

We provide mobile and in-person notary services as permitted by state law.
Clients must present a valid government-issued ID for notarization.
Notarization does not verify the accuracy or truthfulness of the contents in a document—only the identity of the signer.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed.
Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you are late by more than thirty (30) minutes, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled.

4. Fees & Payment

Service fees will be communicated upfront and must be paid at the time of service.
Additional fees may apply for travel, additional notarizations, or after-hours services.

We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice. Clients should consult an attorney for legal guidance.
